Excellent steak with fantastic texture. I'll order two next time because it disappeared so quickly.

Rich, flavorful, and very easy to prepare. I personally prefer a slightly thicker cut, but I'd happily buy it again.

The steak developed a beautiful crust while staying juicy inside. Easily one of the best NY Strips I've cooked.

My family kept asking for another slice. This will definitely be on our next order.
