Cuts cleaner than any knife I've owned before.
I spent almost an hour prepping for a weekend cookout and never felt like I was fighting the knife. The balance just feels right in your hand, enough weight to feel solid, but not so much that your wrist notices it later.
The weight was one of the first things I noticed. It feels solid and well made in your hand, but never heavy enough to become uncomfortable during prep. After using it for a full dinner, I realized I hadn't thought about the knife once, which is probably the best compliment I can give it.
