Customer service : subpar
Items shipped separately and the first package i received had an item crossed out. I did not know what happened to the item. I already had invited people over to my house so we had to eat without an item. When i contacted kai wagyu, the answer from customer service rep sounded like ‘oops we forgot to let you know, oh well.’ If any change is made to delivery & packaging, customers need to be notified upfront & given options. Especially if it’s something like $550 and a time sensitive product. This was our second order. Like mentioned previously, product is amazing. It’s just the customer service. Unsure if we will return
