I grilled this over charcoal with a little coarse salt, and it turned out even better than I expected. The fat cap crisped up beautifully while the meat stayed tender and juicy. Every slice had a rich beef flavor that kept everyone coming back for more.

This was my first time cooking picanha at home, and it couldn't have gone better. The beef had a rich, clean flavor that didn't need much seasoning.
